Farshad Allahdadi joined Clackamas River Water (CRW) as General Manager in April 2026.   Allahdadi has served in leadership roles in both public and private sector organizations in Oregon since 2001. Farshad has served on the leadership team of the City of Portland’s Bureau of Environmental Services (BES) where he leads the bureau’s strategic planning, financial strategy, and business operations. Prior to BES, he worked for 16 years in Oregon State government roles, including as the Oregon State Lottery's Chief Gaming Operations Officer and at the Oregon Liquor Control Commission where he worked as the License Services Director. Farshad earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from New Mexico State University, a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of New Mexico.
