Kham Keobounnam joined Clackamas River Water in 2010. She brings over 15 years of experience in network and computer support to the District.

Kham holds an Associate Degree in Computer Information Technology from Portland Community College and certificates in CompTIA+ and as a Web Page Specialist. She’s has completed numerous technical training boot camps throughout her career including specialized training in Cisco network devices and computer hardware.
