NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

WATER RATES – MAY 12, 2026, AT 6:00 PM

Clackamas River Water (CRW) Board of Commissioners will hold a public Rate Hearing in the boardroom at the district office on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The district office is located at 16770 SE 82nd Drive, Clackamas, OR.

At the hearing, CRW will present proposed rate adjustments to CRW’s water rates. The proposed adjustments support resources for ongoing operations, infrastructure maintenance, and future investments to improve the reliability and resilience of our water system.  Planned improvements include pipelines, pump stations, reservoirs, and updates to the water treatment plant.  The rates will help us continue fulfilling our primary mission focus of providing high quality, safe drinking water for our customers

CRW residential customers who use an average of 16 CCF (approximately 12,000 gallons) over a two-month billing cycle will see an estimated increase of $7.77 ($3.89 per month) in the first year and $8.24 ($4.12 per month) in the second year.  See rate chart below.

The Board of Commissioners would like to hear from CRW customers before making a final decision on any rate changes. All interested parties are invited to attend and hear details of the proposed rates. Customers are welcome to ask questions, make comments or state concerns. Comments can also be sent to Christina Irish via email at cirish@crwater.com.
