As the Risk Manager at Clackamas River Water District, Ray leads CRW's Safety, Security, and Emergency Management initiatives.  Ray brings more than 20 years of combined experience in the fire service (both volunteer and paid), emergency medical services, security, and healthcare emergency management. Ray holds an Associate Degree in Emergency Medical Services and a bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management.
